Maganda ba ang Fasting sa Pag da Diet?

Fasting has a good results in our body kung magagawa mo ng tama...Fasting is usually ginagawa ng mga relihiyosong tao..kahit pa sa Bible mababasa nyo na si Panginoong Jesus ay nag Fasting den..

Bakit nga ba masasabi itong nakaka pamayat ...ang fasting po ay isang paraan ng di pagkain o pagsubo ng mga solid na pgkain sa ating bibig o ang tyan ay hayaang walang laman..maliban sa malinis na tubig...
sa religious group na mga muslim or islam...im not sure for this but i heard my oras and time limit kung pwede na sila kumain ...which hard for me to understand but anyway....

if pag uusapan naten ang fasting sa gustong mag bawas ng timbang...yes of course mamayat kayo at mababawasan ang timbang nyo....my point here is...fasting is not that simple things to do for beginners .
Ang pag fafasting ay pwede  kang magkasakit o lalo lang tumaba or lalong lumakas ang pagkain mo...

Ang fasting ay isang gawain ng isang taong sanay na at may maayos na tyan o walang sakit o problema when it comes sa fasting ...make sure pinag-aralan nyo itong mabuti bago nyo ito gawin...not all of us are qualified sa fasting...pwede kayo ritong magkolaps,lalong sikmurain,magsuka,maliyo,manlambot,at kung magawa mo man ito lalo ka lang magiging matakaw kapag sinimulan nyo ulit kumain..lalo lang darami ang inyong gutom..

Hindi nyo ba napapansen kahit muslim na ng fafasting malalaki pa ren ang tyan?  WHY???????????
Dahil po after ng fasting nila they eat lots of food ..,,fasting is not in their heart ..ginawa nila iyon as to follow the law of their religion ..and not for the sake of their health...but some muslim said ,fasting is for their own health..some muslim applied properly some are don't....i also love fasting as part of healthy diet..


It's true according to my researched and reviewed..and in my own experienced i can prove it to you na very healthy and effective.....i have had also talked some muslim people...fasting purpose is really for their health concern...to cleanse the toxin inside the body which is i agree ..totoo naman po iyun...
Fasting is a kind of Detoxification....lalo na sa digestive system .bowel problem..at colon cleansing...yung may mga bloating problem..kailangan nyo mag fasting..
long talk if i explein all the details..but fasting is really benefits and healthy if you know how to do the right fasting...if dont ...you just killing your self..


If asking me i did fasting for only 3 days...as in water lang more than that hindi ko na kaya...i will eat some fruits or nuts na..but im pretty sure to myself i can cut all the rice ,bread ..all carbohydrates even in a months..yup i can do that.,,

But fasting is also nice and good to our diet ..especially sa may mga bloating and constipation problem....
pero ang advice ko...wag na wag kayo mag fafasting kung hindi ninyo alam ang tamang paraan nito...
at ito ay pinaghahandaan....fasting is not a game ,its a serious matter involving your health and mind...

With prayers meditation  ....you can start doing your fasting ....as long as you want...but in filipino life style..,,im not sure na magagawa ninyo ito ng tama.....so the only way is....reduce eating your food na lang..exercise
and eat healthy balance diet...yun lang po..

Ask me for more about Fasting .............................i heard some groups of religion sa aten is still following the scriptures regarding fasting..for me..doing the fasting is not because of the religion ..its about your health..pero sure ako matataba pa ren sila...you know what i mean...fasting is not only in the eyes ,not in your mouth,not in your head,not only in your mind. not because of other people...its because you love your body ,gusto mo maging healthy...gawen mo iyan as your life style..not only for fashion,laws,alon o uso...or relihiyon.....it is about you and yourself..and our Creator..

  1. Healty diet po ba yung maging lifestyle na yung hindi pagkain sa umaga kasi mas don ako sanay. Like 16 hrs fasting, tanghale at gabi lang po ako nakain.
